Jen Collier is a designer and participatory artist driven by a deep belief in the power of play. She is Co-Director of Studio Gozo, a Community Interest Company dedicated to creative, inclusive community engagement.
Working across diverse community settings, Jen creates welcoming spaces where people feel supported to explore their creativity in ways that are inspiring, accessible and personally meaningful. Her practice centres on removing social barriers to participation, empowering individuals and groups to engage in creative learning experiences that build confidence, connection and a sense of belonging.
Alongside her participatory work, Jen’s personal practice is rooted in joyful colour, bold geometric form and inspiration from the natural world.

I love to collaborate, whether on community-led creative projects or focused design commissions. With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, alongside work across education and community settings, I’ve contributed to projects spanning fashion, interiors, home accessories, stationery, publishing, brand identity and learning resources.
